  • I'm traveling with my children and I need car seats! Do you provide them?

    Because children’s needs vary, we do not supply car seats or boosters, but we welcome you to bring and install your own. If you’re completing a round-trip with MOD, we will gladly wrap and store your seats for you and have them in the car for your return trip. Our client’ safety is our top priority!

  • Do you provide services on holidays?

    Our service is 24/7 including holidays!

  • Is gratuity included in my quote?

    Gratuity is not included in our rates. We strongly believe that tipping your driver is voluntarily and should be based on the level of service received. Tipping is optional and of course much appreciated.

  • Do you offer discounts or specials?

    We offer a discount on our round-trip reservations. That includes same day roundtrip and also, departing/returning travel dates. Sometimes we will post on socials, offering a special rate for a particular event, too.

  • Where are your prices?

    We like connecting w our customers, so we ask that you contact us to discuss your arrangements. Each quote is individualized and tailored to meet the needs of every client. Rates vary based on the requested vehicle, day & time of travel, the number of stops in a given trip, fluctuating fuel cost, pre-determined logistics, and any special requests.

  • Do you take special requests?

    Yes! We aim to please. Want flowers in the car for a special someone? Balloons? Coffee in the cup holder when you’re picked up early in the morning? Just communicate your requests at the time of booking and we’ll take care of the rest!

  • What if my flight is delayed or canceled?

    When you make a reservation, we ask for your return flight number. This allows us to track any changes in your travel. We can usually accommodate any changes, but there are instances in which we are expected to be at a location following your booking. In this case, we would offer to come back asap to complete your ride. If your flight is cancelled, we’ll do our best to get you rescheduled and will honor your original quote as well. We do ask client’s to track their own initial departures and notify us of any changes.

  • Do you allow pets?

    We do! They need to be in the back seat and we ask that they’re crated or held in your lap at all times.

  • Do you only do airport runs?

    No! MOD is a full service personal chauffeur business. We transport clients between homes, to and from events, dinners, date nights, sporting events, concert venues, weddings, etc.

  • Do you offer a membership?

    We do not currently have a membership option. We do however have weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clients. Since our rates vary slightly at different days and times, we offer these clients a flat-rate regardless of the day and time of travel.

  • Do you travel outside of the Metro-Detroit area?

    Yes! We’ve taken clients to events in East Lansing, Ann Arbor, etc… We charge a flat rate + an hourly rate for these occasions.

  • How many passengers can you accommodate?

    Each sedan seats 4 passengers and the SUV seats 6 comfortably. We have taken reservations and successfully accommodated parties of 12-14 people using our fleet for one reservation. We’ve also taken reservations for our SUV and 1 sedan: the SUV transports passengers, while the sedan transports luggage, golf clubs, wedding dress, etc..
